The body-armour.com website is operated by Swedish Body Armor (the “seller”)  with offices located in La Vaurocque, GY101SA Sark, British Channel Islands.

By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these rules and regulations, as they may be updated from time to time and posted here without prior notice to you. You must, therefore, review them periodically. 

The content of the Website and copyright information 

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes the content of the Website. 
You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website services, the security systems of the Website, or of the Website content. 
Please make sure that, before placing your order, you have checked the specifications, compatibility, and legality of the products you intend to order by visiting the website of the manufacturer and your local customs office. 

The administrators of body-armour.com are constantly working on maintaining the accuracy of the information displayed on the Website. However, the Website does not warrant that the product description or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note that the photographs are provided for informational purposes only and that they can display certain product accessories that may not be included in the standard sales package. 

Your account 

Using the Website or certain sections of the Website requires setting up a user account. If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you suspect that the security of your user account has been violated, please inform the Website administrator as soon as possible. body-armour.com is not liable for any damage that may occur from the unauthorized use of your user account. 

Limitations of liability 

The Website and the company/persons that operates the Website will not, in any case, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for use of this site the products sold on this site or any other hyperlinked web sites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, customs fees or taxes, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data, life, injury or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present.

Some products from our assortment may not be legal to import or own in your country.

Please check before completing your order, whether possession of the goods you order is legal in your country and that you do not break the law!

Any possible disputes between the seller and the Purchasing Consumer can be settled through an out-of-court settlement. 

The Purchasing Consumer has the right to start an out-of-court settlement online through the ODR platform available 
at the website ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.


Availability of the Website 

body-armour.com reserves the right to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the Website, including the availability of any features of the site, at any time and without notice. You agree that body-armour.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website (or any part thereof). 

Shipping and Returns

body-armour.com offers the following shipping methods:

Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS Shipping in 1-2 days, or personal pickup at our stores on Sark. Rates table by weight and size of your package.

We add the cost of shipping and import taxes, customs fees to your cart at checkout and will ship the goods with ALL COSTS INCLUDED DDP method to your given address. We pay all import costs to the shipping company to help speed your delivery and avoid any extra local costs for you to have a better customer experience of shopping with body-armour.com.

body-armour.com cannot return to you costs that you may have had at checkout or delivery because of your import/export/return, for example, customs fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, remote access, crane or any other local delivery costs unless these costs are reimbursed to us by the shipping company.

Returns, swaps, complaints of wrongly delivered goods

An item may be exchanged for another, alternatively returned, within 30 days from the day you received the delivery, provided the product is unused/unwashed and the item or its packaging is not damaged*. If you want to swap, complain or simply regret your purchase, do the following:

  1. Fill in your request on the delivery slip that you received along with your delivery.
  2. Return the goods together with the completed delivery note to our address

We will handle your return within 2-3 weeks.

Keep in mind that if you return products because you have regretted the buy or if you need to change the size, you are responsible for the shipping cost. To make sure your shipment arrives, we recommend sending it as a package or as a recommended letter. body-armour.com accepts no responsibility for missing items. The new shipping charge will be charged in connection with the delivery of your replacement goods. Received discounts based on promotions or packages may be reviewed during returns.

In the case of wrongly delivered items, body-armour.com will pay for the return shipping costs.

Please contact our customer service to confirm the return, exchange, or credit before returning your item.

PLEASE NOTE: Some products from our assortment may not be legal to import to your country. Please check before completing the order, whether import or possession of any of our products is legal in your country and that you do not break the law of your country.

*CD/ DVD media, books, underwear, socks, or soft body armor items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returer, byten, reklamationer och felexpedierade varor

En vara kan bytas mot en annan, alternativt returneras, inom 30 dagar från den dag du fick leveransen, under förutsättning att produkten eller dess förpackning är oanvänd/otvättad och inte skadad*. Om du vill byta, reklamera eller helt enkelt ångrar ditt köp, gör så här:

  1. Fyll i ditt önskemål på följesedeln som du får tillsammans med din leverans.
  2. Returnera varorna tillsammans med ifylld följesedel till vår adress

Vi hanterar din retur inom 2-3 veckor.

Tänk på att om du returnerar produkter för att du har ångrat dig eller om du behöver byta, står du själv för tur och retur frakten. För att vara säker på att din försändelse kommer fram rekommenderar vi att du sänder det som paket eller rekommenderat. body-armour.com tar inget ansvar för bortkomna försändelser. Ny frakt debiteras i samband med leverans av dina ersättningsvaror. Erhållna rabatter baserade på kampanjer eller paket kan komma att omprövas vid returer.
